History: We’ve been providing effective solutions to meet our valued customers’ climate control problems since 1946.
- Established in Longview, Washington, as an appliance-repair and refrigeration-service company under the name B & B Refrigeration the organization has continued to grow into the 1970’s as a mid-sized 19-person shop to Its present size.
- This includes Vancouver offices serving the Greater Portland Oregon metropolitan area since 1989.

Entek Corporation is dedicated to elevating the standards for safety in the HVAC industry. The foundation of our safety program is a committed focus on training and reinforcement of safe work practices on all job sites.
Safety objectives include:
- Company Safety Plan / Policies and Procedures

- Loss control meetings of managers /safety committee
- Weekly tool box safety meetings
- Quarterly safety topic education
- Work site job hazard assessments
- PPE checklist for each work sites

Drug-Free Work Place
Entek Corporation has a drug and alcohol free workplace policy in order to provide a safe and healthy work environment and to protect our associates and customers from accidents that may arise from substance abuse. Drug screening is required for all new hires/ re-hires. Random and post accident drug screening is also conducted.
Safety Incentive / Penalty Program
In 2008 Entek Corporation implemented a company safety incentive/penalty program to recognize & reward good safety practices and identify & discipline inappropriate behavior. Safety Bucks” and penalty points are distributed quarterly to all employees based on their safety performance.

Entek Corporation has earned the STEP Gold level achievement award presented by Associated Business and Contractors (ABC) since 2002.
