Drug-Free Work Place

Entek Corporation has a drug and alcohol free workplace policy in order to provide a safe and healthy work environment and to protect our associates and customers from accidents that may arise from substance abuse. Drug screening is required for all new hires/ re-hires. Random and post accident drug screening is also conducted.

Safety Incentive / Penalty Program

In 2008 Entek Corporation implemented a company safety incentive/penalty program to recognize & reward good safety practices and identify & discipline inappropriate behavior. Safety Bucks” and penalty points are distributed quarterly to all employees based on their safety performance.
