We wish to commend you on all your personnel we have dealt with, but especially the technician that was at our home yesterday. Yesterday was the scheduled time for the fall maintenance check of the furnace. The technician that came to service our equipment was Chris P. Chris was very conscientious and thorough in his work. All safety and cleanliness standards were followed. He checked both the furnace and air conditioning systems in preparation for winter. He was professional, polite, courteous and answered our questions with clarity and knowledge. He was a pleasure to have at our home. We hope to see Chris in the spring for the next maintenance check.”
