“Big thank you to Jody and Tarren. During the ice storm and snow our heat pump was covering in ice and indoor temperature was dropping. A quick call to Entek, and Jody walked us through the switching to the EmHeat function to save our heat pump from damage and got us a quick appointment with Tarren to do it's annual maintenance to check for any damage. Tarren came and did a complete check of the system with thankfully no damage done. He is an amazing technician, very thorough and is always so kind in answering all of our questions. Instead of just stating the problem he fully explains how it works and things that we need to watch for or can do to prevent any issues.
