“Came out and repaired three problems with pressure ducts on my newly installed Trane zoning HVAC system even though they were not the dealer that installed it. Then they cleaned four air return ducts and one fresh air intake duct. Did a nice job, very professional and most of all, easy to work with. Then a few days later a couple guys came out to dial in my new complex Trane zoning system. No one that I could find in the Northwest so far. including the dealer that installed it, has any knowledge or ability to help me. Even though Entek is not a Trane dealer, they agreed to come out and take a look at my problems. They were very professional and easy to work with. They were able to cure my most serious problems and show me how do make adjustments in the future. I'm very pleased with Entek.”
