“Our experience with Entek has been mostly positive. The sales consultation was great and the lead installer Ivo was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond both with providing information, education on what to expect and in performing the actual replacement of our waterpump heating/cooling system.
Another major positive was that the company responded expediently and sent out another tech to assist with turning down the fan/motor to help with the noise because the new unit was and still is (unfortunately and unexpectedly) much louder than the old one. That's mainly the manufacturer's fault.”

“Total satisfaction.. the two techs that came to our house , Chris and Daniel.. were very polite and answered all of our questions. Our air conditioning went out on our heat pump last month and I called my friend Robert Rosbach and asked him if he could give me the info of who to talk to about getting a service/ repair for our problem .. all of the people I talked with .. like Jodie, we’re so helpful and got me lined up with a appointment date and time .
